Sonos announces ad-free version of its streaming radio service

Sonos launched a paid version of its streaming radio service which was unveiled in April. The new offer, called Sonos Radio HD, lets you stream select stations in high definition, lossless CD quality for $ 7.99 or £ 7.99 per month.

Like its ad-supported version, Sonos Radio HD features a huge library of genre-based stations, live radio, and artist curated stations, plus more exclusive content through the Sonos S2 app. You can also skip and replay songs. In addition to its expanded library of original music stations, Sonos has introduced “sleep sounds” to its paid radio streaming service.
